Chris was extremely helpful in providing a thorough assessment of the house, barn, and garage to aid me in making a house buying decision.  This was an older house which required an experienced and critical eye in spotting issues.  He was not afraid to get in the tightest crawl space or climb up to the tallest peak of the roof.  Chris’s inspection included all aspects of the house interior and exterior; electrical, plumbing, heating, structure, appliances, roofing, attic, and foundation.

I’ve printed and read through the report – very nicely organized and a great record with all of the photos included.  It will be a big part of our “to do” list (and “to keep an eye on” list too) – appreciating that there are items of varying degrees of urgency, many needing prompt attention.

Just looked at the inspection.  Looks great, thanks again for doing such a thorough job.  Nothing looks too serious and most things are small projects that will be relatively easy to tackle

Chris is very conscientious about his inspections.  He provided for us a very thorough and clear assessment of our home.  His knowledge of how houses are built and what it can take to repair them assisted us greatly in determining whether or not to buy the house and to assess what the risks to the structure might be.  

He took the time he needed and made his report based on what he saw and not on pressure from us, the seller or buyer’s broker.
